I currently offer the use of 2 different Online Counseling platforms: VSee and Doxy.
The VSee link offers the ability to use an app on your phone or computer to do the telemed calls (and it requires that you download the app onto your device).
- It provides a way to pay online at the beginning of the appointment (and it requires payment info before allowing the appointment).
- If you are using insurance and do not have a copay or deductible to meet, you can select “Free Consultation” to avoid being charged for the VSee appointment – but they still require your payment info to be on file.
- My VSee link is: https://susan-strong.vsee.me/u/counseling
The Doxy link doesn’t offer an app and simply uses a website link to do the telemed calls. It does not require payment at the beginning of the session.
- If you are responsible for making a payment, please send your payment via US Mail to:
Susan Strong, PO Box 26033, Prescott Valley AZ 86312.
- My Doxy link is: https://doxy.me/susanstronglpc
Please note that you do not need to provide detailed medical information to do the telemed appointment. Just because the telemed platform automatically asks for certain information, not all of it is mandatory. Feel free to avoid answering the medical questions (if it will allow you to do so) and/or keep your answers brief.
The flyer below explains the basics of how to check in for your Doxy video visit but for your convenience, I’ve included links on the right side of this page for easy access to my Telemed services.
